Use of the Dunclarevo platform requires an approved access request. Users must be at least 18 years of age. Access is non-transferable and limited to the individual or entity identified in the access request.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account
- Use the platform to process unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dunclarevo Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.
8. Termination
